The Council passes a motion of the RSU address to continue the confrontation with the Town Council on bargaining
The Board approved by a majority of MSW (21 in favor, 11 abstentions) a proposal submitted the coordinator Mauro Comi which intends to review the status of the dispute with the General Assembly to open Saschall of 4 February and is treating the delegation to address the continuation of the comparison.
The document sets out the points needed to successfully conclude the ongoing negotiations, with realism and seriously considering the difficult situation we find ourselves, but also emphasizing some essential elements: definition of a protocol on industrial relations that will put an end to the referees of the counterparty; compliance with agreements and discussion prior to any changes (eg Regulation part-time); full implementation in certain times and fast (by June of July) of the outstanding contractual institutions (including which allowances for night and holiday work; vertical progressions 2009); full employment plan and not for individual excerpts, and action in support of Living and Working Conditions such as increased employee meal ticket, contributions and benefits for public transport, establishment of internal forms of mutuality, a serious plan on staff training, safety interventions and wellness in the workplace, full implementation and verification of what was established in 2005 for the CCDI work outside, and atypical contracts.
The debate has seriously assessed the current state of relations of force and set a realistic, not unrealistic, but effective way to keep open the prospect bargaining at company level, resisting the temptations "presidential" of the new administration. In this direction need to ripoporre won the maximum possible unity of the RSU as an indispensable tool to protect the working conditions of employees of the City, countering every thrust of corporate and division.
