Ingredients:
1 lt. grappa
5 basil leaves
5 mint leaves
5 leaves of lemon balm
5 sage leaves
40 leaves of grass or citronella Luigia
3 florets small rosemary
3 fennel tops
3 bay leaves 1 lemon
small (only the peel)
400 gr. light brown sugar bio
Place all ingredients in an airtight jar that can hold twice the amount of brandy used (in this case I used a airtight jar capacity lt. 2) so you can easily shake the contents. This should be done by shaking the jar every day for 20 days at the end filter and the liquor is ready.
